I wanted to get lean before the summer was over because I knew once my next college semeter began I wouldn’t have as much time to go to the gym with my schedule.

Successful Outcome

I  first started my fitness Journey with Rod at the start of April, 2021 with the goals of fixing my diet, my workout schedule, knowledge of the gym, flexibility, balance, and overall physique. I wanted to get lean before the summer because I knew I wouldn’t have as much time to go to the gym with my schedule. My goal when I started was to have a six pack by summer, as we went through the first couple of sessions, it was clear there were some other things I needed to fix first.  I looked like I didn’t know what I was doing. The first month consisted of Rod taking me through the basics and training certain parts of my body so eventually we could get to heavy lifting. Rod helped me with my diet, and personalized my workouts for the week. Once we fixed some key problems, we started lifting heavy with workouts that benefited flexibility, endurance, and balance. Rod was always an uplifting person who wanted to improve and fine-tune every workout. By month three, I was consistent on my diet, went to the gym at least 5 times a week, and was starting to see results in the mirror. After my last session, I have new goals from when I started. I want to be consistent in the gym and keep following my workout regimen. 

Rod Stanley helped me realize that in order to achieve certain goals, you have to overcome other obstacles. For me that was my balance, flexibility, strength, and endurance, which have all IMPROVED immensely over the past 3 months. My favorite part about the sessions with Rod was the satisfaction after knowing I worked my ass off today and it’s going to pay off. I would recommend Rod Stanley to anyone of any age who is looking for a hardworking, dedicated trainer who will not give up until you achieve your goals.
