pure interest in helping me. So I signed up with him. I now have been training with Rod
for over five months and it has been well worth it. I have learned how to eat healthy and work
out the right way. He taught me a lot about myself. I have lost 31lbs and went from
size 14 to size 8. He is caring and very knowledgeable, and most of all he is very pushy, he
doesn’t let you give up on yourself. So if you ever need a trainer I wouldn’t recommend
anyone but him. Once you have worked with him, you will understand that he is there
for you and your goal.
