I had the pleasure of working with Louwanna, and watching her transformation has been incredibly rewarding. When we first started, training wasn’t something she enjoyed, but over time, she became focused, determined, and stronger than ever. In just 12 weeks, she dropped 12 pounds and increased her strength by 50%. Louwanna’s commitment and growth remind me why I love what I do—helping people realize their true potential.

Before I met Rod, training was a foreign country to me.  I worked with several trainers prior to working with Rod; needless to say I experienced a lot of disappointments and had a negative attitude.  When I started I wasn’t exactly focused and I would not be considered the most obedient client.  Rod has become my mentor in training and brought the best out of me.  Now, training is fun and has rewarded me more benefits than I could have imagined.  Rod sees potential in everyone regardless of ability level.  He simply encourages me to push beyond whatever preconceived notions I have about my potential.

In nine months, my strength has increased almost 50% and I dropped twelve pounds in 12 weeks with Rod’s help.  During this time he also helped me rehab my low back.  I could go on for days about MY gains, but my point is to let you know what you’re missing out on.  Whether you’re planning to drop a few extra pounds, build an incredible physique for competition or general health, Rod will bring out the best in you.  What are you waiting for?  Get with IT, you won’t be sorry.

She struggled with focus and didn’t consider herself an “obedient” client. Additionally, she had to overcome physical hurdles, including rehabbing a low back injury. 2012 NEW YEAR, NEW YOU BODY TRANSFORMATION CONTEST

Here’s how it works…


You’ll compete in teams of five people. At least two members from your team must be non-members. There is no obligation to join, but these non-member teammates may join as part of their entry into the challenge, and your team will still qualify.
The team that loses the most total pounds of body fat will win $5,000.

That’s $1,000 for every person on
your team!

We’ll kick off the challenge on January 12th. Here you’ll learn more about workout recommendations and other details to help you get the best results during the competition.


Everyone on your team must complete
their initial weigh in at Success Fitness

Between January 2 – 12, you’ll be required to attend weigh-ins every 2 weeks to quality for the Grand Prize. Final weigh-ins will occur between March 31 and April 5. The winning team will be announced at the New Year, New You Finale Party on Thursday, April 14th.  We’ll celebrate everyone’s success and write five $1,000 checks just in time for tax season!
We need at least ten teams to register by January 10th, 2025, to run this competition. So gather your friends and family members ready to start the New Year with a New Body and register today!
